Dans le cas de l&rsquo;impression 3D en composite, ces mat\u00e9riaux sont extrud\u00e9s ou d\u00e9pos\u00e9s couche par couche pour cr\u00e9er des objets complexes aux propri\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonnantes.<\/p>\n<p>Les composites r\u00e9sultent de la fusion d&rsquo;au moins deux substances distinctes, l&rsquo;une servant de <b>matrice<\/b> pour maintenir la structure, tandis que l&rsquo;autre apporte des propri\u00e9t\u00e9s additionnelles en tant que <b>mat\u00e9riau de renfort<\/b>. L&rsquo;objectif des composites est d&rsquo;<b>am\u00e9liorer les propri\u00e9t\u00e9s de la matrice<\/b> tout en att\u00e9nuant ses inconv\u00e9nients. Actuellement, parmi les composites les plus r\u00e9pandus pour l&rsquo;impression 3D, on retrouve la<b> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.multitech3d.com\/es\/producto\/raise3d-industrial-pa12-cf-noir-black-1-75-mm-1-kg\/\">fibre de carbone<\/a><\/b>, la <b><a href=\"https:\/\/www.multitech3d.com\/es\/producto\/xstrand-gf30-pc-noir-black-285mm-1kg\/\">fibre de verre<\/a><\/b> et la fibre d&rsquo;aramide <b>Kevlar<\/b> (PPD-T), qui pr\u00e9sentent des avantages pour la cr\u00e9ation de pi\u00e8ces <b>l\u00e9g\u00e8res et r\u00e9sistantes<\/b>. Dans le premier cas, les fibres courtes, constitu\u00e9es de segments de moins d&rsquo;un millim\u00e8tre de long, sont m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 des thermoplastiques traditionnels pour am\u00e9liorer la rigidit\u00e9 et la r\u00e9sistance des composants.<\/p><div>Cependant, les performances les plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es proviennent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement des <b>fibres continues<\/b>. Le processus de fabrication des composites \u00e0 fibres continues est <b>plus complexe<\/b> que celui des fibres discontinues, car ces fibres doivent \u00eatre int\u00e9gr\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re continue au mat\u00e9riau thermoplastique au fur et \u00e0 mesure de son extrusion.
