Sa surface <strong>antid\u00e9rapante<\/strong> le rend compatible avec l&rsquo;extrusion <strong>directe<\/strong> ou <strong>bowden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le filament Ultrafuse 316L assure la production de pi\u00e8ces de <strong>qualit\u00e9<\/strong> 316L. Pour cela un post-traitement est <strong>obligatoire,<\/strong> il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un processus similaire au <strong>MiM<\/strong> : \u00ab\u00a0Metal Injection Molding\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">C&rsquo;est un processus complexe n\u00e9cessitant un <strong>\u00e9quipement adapt\u00e9<\/strong> (four de d\u00e9liantage et frittage).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Cette \u00e9tape permet de supprimer <strong>totalement<\/strong> le plastique pr\u00e9sent dans la pi\u00e8ce et de lier le m\u00e9tal restant afin d&rsquo;offrir les m\u00eames propri\u00e9t\u00e9s d&rsquo;une pi\u00e8ce inject\u00e9e, 100% en m\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Le liant plastique pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 l&rsquo;origine dans le filament n&rsquo;a pour but que de rendre possible l&rsquo;impression du filament Ultrafuse BASF 316L.
